After submitting my details, how long do I have to wait until my account is setup?

You will get instant access to your account; however, if you have provided any misleading information about your business, your account may be suspended until you can show the information you provided during the account creation process is accurate.

Do you sell any of your own goods or products through the Zooni app?

No we don't! We only provide the software and driver's app for businesses to use.

I've downloaded the Zooni Driver's app, but I'm not able to create a drivers account through the app?

You will need to create the drivers account through the dispatch software which you can access by clicking the login button toward the top right of this screen. After you login, select the menu icon toward the top right of the screen, the click on the drivers tab. You can then create a new drivers account. The username and password you add for the drivers account will be the details you use to log into the driver's app.

Do you share my drivers GPS coordinates or our business practices with other companies?

Absolutely not. We treat your privacy with the utmost respect and we don't share your driver or company details with any third party unless we receive a subpoena from a court of law at which point you will be notified.

Do you offer a discount for nonprofit organizations?

We sure do. We offer a 10% discount for all nonprofit organizations.

I want an "Uber-like" experience for my customers, do you guys offer a solution for customers to track the ETA of their driver?

Yes we do. You can use our notification triggers to send out a link to your customer with a map of the delivery driver, status of the delivery and ETA of their delivery driver!

I have a great idea that we could really use for our business that I would love to see built into the Zooni platform, can you build custom features specific to our business?

Yes we can. If we feel that the feature will greatly benefit our other clients, then you won't be charged for the feature development. On the other hand, if the feature is specific to your busines only and can't be used by our other clients, then we would need to charge you for development costs. Development costs are priced on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further information or to talk about the feature you need.
